Mikan mandarin used in this vinegar is Satsuma, one of the very sweetest citrus varieties, seedless and with delicate flesh. When combined with rice vinegar and agave syrup it results in a truly exceptional product that is delicate and balanced.

It is a versatile product suitable for sweet or savoury dishes. It can be used as a dressing on its own for seafood, vegetables (try it over roasted carrots or sweet potato!) or mushroom dishes).
