With 25% ume fruit and the tang of rice vinegar it has a wonderfully sweet apricot flavour that adds a warm, fruity element to sweet or savoury dishes.

Use it in jellies or fruit-based desserts, cakes or puddings. Its tartness also cuts beautifully through rich foods and lifts marinades, sauces and dressings. As with our pure Ume Syrup, it is perfect for use in cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks.
