Cook Sauce Co. founded in 1927 has been making various different sauces such as okonomiyaki sauce, tonkatsu sauce etc. This Yuzu Sauce is a recent addition to their product range. It uses Yuzu fruits sourced from Yuzu farmers in Oita and Miyazaki prefectures.

It is tangy and less sweet than our Yuzu Syrup. With a very strong Yuzu flavour. Perfect for patisserie, drinks, dressing and more.
