The Fukuoka manufacturer, Cook Sauce founded in 1927 has been making various different sauces. This Yuzu Sauce is a recent addition to their product range. It uses Yuzu fruits sourced from Yuzu farmers in Oita and Miyazaki prefectures.

It is tangy and less sweet than our Yuzu Syrup. Perfect for patisserie, drinks etc.
