These Ume plum sesame are a great colour to jazz up dishes. Very suited to pastry chefs too. Very very slightly sour so a great contrast in a mouthful as they are not sweet at all. Can be mixed with the other two we sell for a lovely variegated colour. Roasted - not oily but deliciously crunchy. Great colour. Why not make your own prawn toast?
