This Shio Ponzu is manufactured by Tajima Jozo, a vinegar brewery located in northern Hyogo prefecture. In this light and briney ponzu, Tajima Jozo uses Konotori Junmai rice vinegar. Konotori rice is rice grown sustainably and without pesticides. This Shio Ponzu has been made in collaboration with local rice farmers, its flavor is clear and fresh, ideal for light dishes.
