This Yuzu Ponzu is manufactured by Tajima Jozo, a vinegar brewery located in northern Hyogo prefecture. The yuzu juice used in Tajima Jozo’s Yuzu Ponzu is locally sourced from the Tendaki waterfalls in northern Hyogo. The Tendaki farmers grow their yuzu organically and without any pesticides. This Yuzu Ponzu has a delicate and bright flavour.
