Goto Shoyu has manufactured soy sauces for over 100 years in Kitakyushu city, Fukuoka. Nukamisodaki is a thick and textured rice bran sauce with a ginger flavour and gentle sweetness. The fermented rice bran lends this sauce a flavour similar to sweet miso.
