 This 500ml bottle is the same product as our Vegan Kombu Dashi 300ml. Hokkaido Hidaka kombu is selected to be the main ingredient in this dashi because of its high quality and rich flavour. The kombu is then slowly dissolved and simmered into broth. “Ne (root)-kombu broth” is made using a unique 3 day process invented by the factory chef Matsuura in 1985. This true vegan dashi has been made the same way since. Kenso’s Kombu Seaweed Vegan Dashi is a complex and umami dashi. Every detail of the kombu is packed inside.
