This dashi is made from kombu and dried sardines, and is finished with the flavors of grilled flying fish, bonito and fish sauce. Made by Tajima Jozo, this dashi contains no chemical seasonings, amino acid solutions, yeast extracts, or preservatives. This dashi is richly flavoured and complex. It is concentrated five times and does not use any soy sauce, highlighting the delicate flavour of the ingredients.
