Wakisaka Engei is a flower farm based in Niigata prefecture. They have been producing the most beautiful fresh flowers without using pesticides and they have started the production of pressed flowers in recent years as requested by their customers. The process is so labour intensive - each flower is handpicked, hand selected and pressed. These dried pressed flowers we import are different each time depending on the seasonal availability.
